Eversfield Organic beef comes from our own 100% pure Aberdeen Angus cattle herd bred from our purebred Angus bulls and breeding cows. Eversfield Organic Beef carries the British Beef quality Standard. We’re also proud to have the only breeding herd of Native Aberdeen Angus; a rare short legged bloodline which may be smaller than the rest - but small is definitely beautiful! Our beef cattle are born and raised naturally on our 850 acre Organic Farm. Calves are reared on their mother’s milk, naturally weaned then grazed for up to 2 years in small herds. This ensures a plentiful supply of organic grasses, wild flowers and clover to provide a very natural balanced nutritional diet. Because we’re not driven by commercial demand for beef, we take our time to select cattle when they’re ready. Our beef is hung for 21 days to develop the flavour then expertly prepared by our butchers here onsite. Aberdeen Angus beef is recognised for its rich, dark texture and succulent flavour and we know that once you’ve tasted Eversfield Organic Beef you’ll be back for more!
