Eversfield Organic beef is reared on the lush, mineral rich swards of West Devon, our Aberdeen Angus herd is one of the finest in Britain, producing delicious, dark, well-marbled meat which is matured on the bone for at least three weeks to allow the full flavour to develop.
We’re proud to have the only breeding herd of ‘Native’ Aberdeen Angus; a rare short legged bloodline which may be smaller than the rest - but we think that small is definitely beautiful! All our beef cattle are born and raised naturally on our 850 acre Organic Farm. The calves are reared on their mother’s milk, naturally weaned then grazed for up to 2 years in small herds. This ensures a plentiful supply of organic grasses, wild flowers and clover to provide a very natural balanced nutritional diet.
Because we’re not driven by commercial demand, we take our time to select cattle when they’re ready and our beef is then expertly prepared by our very own butchers here at the farm. Aberdeen Angus beef is recognised worldwide and whatever you choose from an impressive joint, juicy steaks or minced beef for a cottage pie, you’ll be delighted by our prime, tender, succulent beef.
