BBC Three  has recently featured our organic meat products on their new food programme called ´Kill it, Cook it, Eat it´.

Eversfield Organic´s owner Mark Bury was featured talking about how to make the most of the organically reared animal and not just the most popular cuts of meat.

Mark argues that Lambs testicles are an unusual, and often overlooked delicacy. However he has convinced many, and has attracted the culinary attention of many celebrity chefs. So much so that they now taking note of eversfield and will be visiting the farm to find out more.
