We gained our Soil Association organic certification in 2004. To become organic our products must comply with a strict set of rules set out by the UK, Europe and internationally. This ensured customers are buying genuine organic produce that can be traced back to it's roots; just like our organic meat, organic milk, organic vegetables and our other organic essentials.
Being certified organic by the Soil Association also means that we continuously have high animal welfare standards and look after our animals properly, as they should be.

This is Eversfield Organic's own stamp of approval, giving our customers piece of mind that all our organic meat comes from animals that are not only grass fed for life but are also checked thoroughly to make sure their animals welfare is up to Eversfield Organic's high standards. This is from being out on the farm to inside the butchery, making sure each and every product that goes out of our doors have been carefully butchered and packaged.
'The SALSA standard was written by experienced food safety experts to reflect both the legal requirements of producers and the enhanced expectations of 'best practice' of professional food buyers. Approval certification is only granted to suppliers who are able to demonstrate to a SALSA auditor that they are able to produce safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard each year.'
