  • Feel free! We love a fresh face here at the farm. We don't have a farm shop so we are only able to offer order collections. We are a little out of the way for most, being in the depths of the Devonshire countryside, but if you’re local or passing through we will always welcome you.

     

    If you fancy bringing us biscuits too, jaffa cakes are our favourites.

  • How do I track my parcel?View moreView less
  • Providing you left your mobile number when registering on the website, DPDs website displays the live location of the driver in relation to your delivery address. It also shows the position of your order in the driver’s delivery que. It notifies you when the driver is 15 minutes away. It also displays the parcels tracking history.

    Download the App to get more delivery benefits.

    1. DPD will let you know when they are 30 minutes away.
    2. Share your safe place – just upload a picture of your safe place and DPD will leave it there.
    3. Don’t miss a delivery whilst on the school run. Use the app to let DPD know and they’ll deliver between 9:30am and 2:30pm

    Please note: DPD will try their best to accommodate the school run times but it is not guaranteed. Make sure a safe place to leave the parcel is noted for the driver.

  • How soon can I receive my order?View moreView less
  • As our produce is butchered, picked and packed to order only, we do need a couple of days notice for your order. Our delivery slot deadlines are as follows:

  • What day and time will my delivery arrive?View moreView less
  • When you get to the checkout stage when you place your order you will have the opportunity to choose a delivery day for your order (we deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays).

    Your meat box will arrive on your selected day on a delivery route planned by our courier network. Our Mainland UK and Isle of Wight delivery is a standard overnight service and delivery times range from 9am to 7pm Monday-Saturday. Please see ‘What if I am out?’ below. If you requested one of our special delivery time options at an additional cost, pre-10.30am or -12pm, the driver will fulfil this for you.

    How will I know what time my produce will arrive?

    You are given a 1 hour delivery slot. This information is supplied by text SMS on the day of delivery providing you entered your mobile number at the time registering.

  • What if I’m not home for my delivery slot?View moreView less
  • With your DPD text message and email you will be provided with a link where you can leave optional delivery instructions eg ‘leave in front porch’ or ‘delivery to neighbour’ or even ‘hide parcel behind the giant gnome in the front garden’. Alternatively log onto the DPD app to do this. The message will go straight through to your delivery driver.

     

    If you are not home and no delivery instructions are left, or the driver is unable to follow your instructions, the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address*, along with a calling card.

    *DPD cannot leave parcels under any parked vehicle, or in an area with any shared access. In the event that there are no suitable alternatives to the above they may not be able to deliver your parcel. 

     

  • What if I’m out?View moreView less
  • You do not have to be at home when we deliver. When you place your order online, all you need to do is write in the ‘delivery instruction’ box a safe place where it can be left and the delivery driver will leave it there for you. Customers with a repeat order can find this section by logging into their account and clicking on the ‘Delivery Details’ section. You can also log onto DPD site via the text message you receive (providing you have entered you mobile number when registering on our site) or use their App to let the driver know where to leave the goods safe or with a neighbour.

  • Where and when do you deliver?View moreView less
  • We deliver anywhere Mainland UK and Isle of Wight, any day between Tuesday and Saturday. We use DPD to deliver our boxes, wherever they go, we go! If you’re not sure whether we can deliver to you, give us a call on 01837 871400 or email us at info@eversfieldorganic.co.uk.

     

    You can choose from our standard nominated delivery (8am-7pm) or premium pre-midday or pre-10.30am services. You will be notified of your 1 hour delivery slot on the day of your delivery, via SMS and email.

  • Do I have to sign up to a regular delivery?View moreView less
  • Not all our customers want to receive a regular delivery from us, we totally understand that modern life means we often want groceries as and when. You can create your own box using the online shop and adding individual items to your shopping basket. Checkout as normal to make this a once only order.

     

    Just note, if you select one of our small, medium or large meat boxes, these are only for regular orders and we will ask you to set up a regular delivery if you purchase.

  • How do I redeem a promotion code?View moreView less
  • Lucky you, you’ve got money off your order! When you’re at the checkout, simply enter the promo code or gift voucher into the appropriate box and click ‘use promotion code’ or ‘use gift voucher’. Please ensure your code has been accepted before continuing to payment.

    Delivery is free on our repeat small, medium and large meat selection boxes! However, all other orders do incur a standard delivery charge.

  • We do ask for a minimum order value of £45 to help us cover delivery and packaging costs. Thank you!

  • Is the packaging recyclable?View moreView less
  • The boxes can be recycled again. The foam liners make great insulation: several of our customers line their attics with them while others use them for pet bedding.

  • Is your packaging useful and still environmentally sound?View moreView less
  • Our meat is packaged fresh in a controlled atmosphere for a longer shelf life. It arrives in vacuum packs or trays to make it easy to pop into your fridge or freezer and reduce the amount of stuff going to landfill.

     

    Our boxes are cardboard and 100% recyclable. We also use WoolCool natural sheep’s wool liners to keep our boxes insulated and cool. These are totally compostable at home or can be reused for a plethora of things including, wrapping soft fruit plants in your veg patch, keeping rabbit hutches cosy, preventing your windscreen frosting up in winter, stuffing pillows and quilts…the list goes on. We’ve also seen a wonderful handmade sheep’s costume!



  • Do you store any of my payment details?View moreView less
  • We only store payment details for repeat orders. We accept most major card types excluding American Express

  • How does payment work?View moreView less
  • If you are paying for a one-off order we will take payment by card on the same day. For repeat orders, we take payment for your first order immediately. For all proceeding orders, we take payment four days before your box will be delivered, with the exception of Tuesday deliveries which are processed on the Friday before.

  • How secure is the payment system?View moreView less
  • We use the Extended Validation SSL which ensures the highest level of security when collecting and storing card details and personal information. All transactions are processed through SagePay, our payment provider.

     

    Only card details for repeat orders will be stored.

  • I have just received a promotion code from an e-mail. How do I use it?View moreView less
  • At the checkout enter the promotion code in the promotion code box and press enter. Please make sure it has been accepted as any misspellings will not be recognised.

  • Can I change the items in my regular order?View moreView less
  • You are welcome to change the repeat order items in a custom repeat delivery. Log into your account and go to your repeat order to make amends up to four days before your delivery is due.

    If you have a set selection box, the items in these boxes are not interchangeable. If you wish to swap items in and out of your box, it may be better to customise your own repeat order by selecting individual items from the shop.

  • How can I make changes to my repeat order?View moreView less
  • If you would like to amend the delivery date of your repeat order or add or remove any items from it, you can do this by logging into your account.

    1) Remove and add products to your regular order

    Once you have logged in to your account, click on ‘My Repeat Order.’ This will show you the items which are due for the delivery in your next order. From this page, you can remove any items which you do not want or you can choose to increase or reduce their quantity.

    Use the shop to add additional items to your order. Select 'add to my regular order' to receive this item in all orders going forward. Alternatively, select 'add to my next box only' to receive this item only in your upcoming order.

     

    2) Changing the delivery date and the frequency of your regular order

    You can change the delivery date of your repeat order by clicking on the ‘Delivery Details’ section once you have logged into your account. Please select your preferred delivery date from the drop down box.

    From the ‘Delivery Details’ section you can also change the frequency of how often you would like to receive your regular order. You can choose to receive your order every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks.

     

    3) Update your personal details

    You can update your personal details by clicking the ‘Your Account Details’ section once you have signed into your account.

     

    I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

    If you have had any problems with your delivery please do not hesitate to contact the customer service team and we will see if we can resolve the issue.

  • How does my regular order work?View moreView less
  • Setting up your regular order takes all the hassle out of shopping. You can choose the frequency and amend, delay or cancel your order. We send our customers order reminder emails six days before their scheduled delivery date. This means that there are two days during which amendments can be made before the order is processed in the proceeding four days.

  • No problem, simply login to your account and choose to suspend your delivery until a later date when you’re home and in need of some grub. If this sounds a bit fiddly, give us a call on 01837 871400 and our team can arrange this for you.

  • What can I do if I don’t like the items which are in the set meat boxes?View moreView less
  • We understand that our set meat boxes are not to everyone’s taste and don’t meet everyone’s dietary requirements. We are eager to offer our customers the best of both worlds which is why it is also possible custom make your own box. You can do this by visiting the 'Meat' tab on the top of our website.
