We have taken the difficult decision to postpone re-opening Eversfield Organic Dartmoor Inn until Saturday 6th February 2021. We would love to open sooner but the ongoing uncertainty and financial implications of COVID-19 continue to impact our decisions and make opening unfeasible at the moment.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, we know so many of you are eager to come and enjoy our fabulous organic fayre, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

Feast & Moor Dining Event Nights
We will be offering a 100% organic experience with everything sourced from our own farm and market garden or from a wonderful selection of local producers in the South West. Guests will dine in the heart of our mid seventeenth century inn, overlooking open moorland whilst warmed by our fire in the winter.
We look forward to offering a small, but delicious, perfectly formed menu which will be built around the seasons, and the traditional Devon bar will be serving a fine selection of the very best local organic ales from the barrel, along with a variety of organic wines, cocktails, mixers, and soft drinks. We will be bringing back the theatre of a night out with our Ox Grill to sear your steak to perfection in front of your eyes.
Our aim is to provide premium quality, delicious, and ethically sourced food and drink that supports small scale, local and artisanal producers. In addition, we will make the traceability of all our meat visible to our customers, going all the way back to farmer, animal, and our butchery.
Our restaurant helps fulfil our closed loop zero waste ideology. Any produce that is perfectly imperfect (does not reach our high standards to deliver to your door but is still fresh and exceptionally tasty) gets used as ingredients in our organic menu.
Our comfortable rooms will be available to book for an overnight stay where you can relax and enjoy a scrumptious breakfast before going out to explore or spending the day resting in our comfortable bar.

Join us for a celebration of our finest farm and market garden produce in one of our charming chalets where you can enjoy a private dining experience. Feast on organic dishes such as beef brisket slow roasted in treacle and Dijon mustard served alongside maple glazed hasselback squash. Dig into double cheddar mac and cheese with a cob salad and rainbow winter slaw. Devour a delicious Goan coconut curry with buttery black lentils and lemon basmati rice. All straight from our farm and market garden on the edge of Dartmoor. Each event has a carefully crafted menu with vegetarian and vegan options and delicious deserts.
If treating yourself, friends or family to one of our delightful chalets, your evening includes a ready-lit log burner and wood for keeping the flames alight into the evening. We also have tables available in our Cart Shed and Animal Shelter. Although under cover and protected from rain, these events can be a little chilly so be sure to dress warmly or bring your own blankets or woolly hat for extra cosiness! Add your chosen wine bottle to your order and for those who have decided pudding is a must, you can add it to your ticket too. Additional alcoholic and soft drinks, plus alternative mulled beverages, will be available from our bar. Puddings can also be purchased on the night at the venue. These will be nights not to be missed!
