  • Unfortunately due to current restrictions this is not possible at the moment, but we hope to reintroduce this service in the future.

    We do offer click and collect from both our Farm Shops in

    Tavistock and Totnes.

    Please bring a box or carrier for your produce on collection. If you have a little way to travel home, we recommend also bringing your own cool box or ice packs.

  • Where and when do you deliver?View moreView less
  • We deliver anywhere Mainland UK and Isle of Wight, any day between Tuesday and Saturday. We use DPD to deliver our boxes, wherever they go, we go! You can choose from our standard nominated delivery (8am-7pm) or premium pre-midday or pre-10.30am services. You will be notified of your 1 hour delivery slot on the day of your delivery, via SMS and email.


    If you live in Devon, you are likely eligible for a FREE local delivery direct from our farm. We deliver every Thursday to the area. To check your elibility check our delivery page here.


    PLEASE NOTE: Over Bank Holidays, your repeat order may be rescheduled. Please call us on 01837 871 400 if you need to make any changes or have any questions about our deliveries.

  • How do I track my parcel?View moreView less
  • Providing you left your mobile number when registering on the website, DPD's website displays the live location of the driver in relation to your delivery address. It also shows the position of your order in the driver’s delivery queue. It notifies you when the driver is 15 minutes away. It also displays the parcels tracking history.

    Download the App to get more delivery benefits.

    1. DPD will let you know when they are 30 minutes away.
    2. Share your safe place – just upload a picture of your safe place and DPD will leave it there.
    3. Don’t miss a delivery whilst on the school run. Use the app to let DPD know and they’ll deliver between 9:30am and 2:30pm

    Please note: DPD will try their best to accommodate the school run times but it is not guaranteed. Make sure a safe place to leave the parcel is noted for the driver.

  • What if I’m not home for my delivery slot?View moreView less
  • With your DPD text message and email you will be provided with a link where you can leave optional delivery instructions eg ‘leave in front porch’ or ‘delivery to neighbour’ or even ‘hide parcel behind the giant gnome in the front garden’. Alternatively log onto the DPD app to do this. The message will go straight through to your delivery driver.


    If you are not home and no delivery instructions are left, or the driver is unable to follow your instructions, the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address*, along with a calling card.

    *DPD cannot leave parcels under any parked vehicle, or in an area with any shared access. In the event that there are no suitable alternatives to the above they may not be able to deliver your parcel. 


  • Do I have to sign up to a regular delivery?View moreView less
  • Not all our customers want to receive a regular delivery from us, we totally understand that modern life means we often want groceries as and when. You can create your own box using the online shop and adding individual items to your shopping basket. Checkout as normal to make this a once only order.


    Just note, if you select one of our small, medium or large meat boxes, these are only for regular orders and we will ask you to set up a regular delivery if you purchase.

  • How do I redeem a promotion code?View moreView less
  • Lucky you, you’ve got money off your order! When you’re at the checkout, simply enter the promo code or gift voucher into the appropriate box and click ‘use promotion code’ or ‘use gift voucher’. Please ensure your code has been accepted before continuing to payment.

    Note, promo codes are not valid for use on Christmas meat centrepieces. Please refer to the terms & conditions provided with your code.

  • We do ask for a minimum order value of £40 to help us cover delivery and packaging costs. Thank you!

  • Is your packaging useful and still environmentally sound?View moreView less
  • Our meat is packaged fresh in a controlled atmosphere for a longer shelf life. It arrives in vacuum packs or trays to make it easy to pop into your fridge or freezer and reduce the amount of stuff going to landfill.


    Our boxes are cardboard and 100% recyclable. We also use WoolCool natural sheep’s wool liners to keep our boxes insulated and cool. These are totally compostable at home or can be reused for a plethora of things including, wrapping soft fruit plants in your veg patch, keeping rabbit hutches cosy, preventing your windscreen frosting up in winter, stuffing pillows and quilts…the list goes on. We’ve also seen a wonderful handmade sheep’s costume!

  • How does payment work?View moreView less
  • If you are paying for a one-off order we will take payment by card on the same day. For repeat orders, we take payment for your first order immediately. For all proceeding orders, we take payment four days before your box will be delivered, with the exception of Tuesday deliveries which are processed on the Friday before.

  • How secure is the payment system?View moreView less
  • We use the Extended Validation SSL which ensures the highest level of security when collecting and storing card details and personal information. All transactions are processed through SagePay, our payment provider. We also accept PayPal transactions.


    We do not store card details, not even for repeating orders. Repeat order payments are taken as SagePay sets up a recurring transaction against your card.

  • Can I change the items in my regular order?View moreView less
  • You are welcome to change the repeat order items in a custom repeat delivery. Log into your account and go to your repeat order to make amends up to 3 working days before your delivery is due.

    If you have a set selection box, the items in these boxes are not interchangeable. If you wish to swap items in and out of your box, it may be better to customise your own repeat order by selecting individual items from the shop.

  • How can I make changes to my repeat order?View moreView less
  • If you would like to amend the delivery date of your repeat order or add or remove any items from it, you can do this by logging into your account.

    1) Remove and add products to your regular order

    Once you have logged in to your account, click on ‘My Repeat Order.’ This will show you the items which are due for the delivery in your next order. From this page, you can remove any items which you do not want or you can choose to increase or reduce their quantity.

    Use the shop to add additional items to your order. Select 'add to my regular order' to receive this item in all orders going forward. Alternatively, select 'add to my next box only' to receive this item only in your upcoming order.


    2) Changing the delivery date and the frequency of your regular order

    You can change the delivery date of your repeat order by clicking on the ‘Delivery Details’ section once you have logged into your account. Please select your preferred delivery date from the drop down box.

    From the ‘Delivery Details’ section you can also change the frequency of how often you would like to receive your regular order. You can choose to receive your order every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks.


    3) Update your personal details

    You can update your personal details by clicking the ‘Your Account Details’ section once you have signed into your account.

    Please note - we have a no cancellation policy on Christmas orders as we are a small family run business and this is there to protect ourselves. However, if you would like to change the amount of fruit and veg in your order or change the delivery address then this is something that we are more than happy to help you with.

    If you would like to make any changes or additions, this will need to be done 2 weeks prior to your delivery date.

  • No problem, simply login to your account and choose to suspend your delivery until a later date when you’re home and in need of some grub. If this sounds a bit fiddly, give us a call on 01837 871400 and our team can arrange this for you.

  • What can I do if I don’t like the items which are in the set meat boxes?View moreView less
  • We understand that our set boxes are not to everyone’s taste and don’t meet everyone’s dietary requirements. We are eager to offer our customers both convenience and choice which is why it is also possible to custom make your own box. Simply use our shop to select individual items and choose repeat delivery options at checkout to ensure you are set up to receive your order regularly.
