400g Eversfield Organic pork sausages
2 large onions (chopped)
100g Mushrooms (chopped)
(Roughly) 500g Large Potatoes
1 tsp English Mustard
100ml Cream (double or single)
Grated organic Farmhouse cheddar - add to taste for Mash
1 tsp Spring onions
210ml Osius Organic Beef Bone Broth
organic Gravy granules (to add to organic beef broth if not making homemade gravy)
1 tbsp Runny honey
Sea salt - to add to taste
Pre heat oven to 180°C. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water and place the sausages in a roasting tray, drizzle a little olive oil on them along with a little honey, toss them in the oil and honey so that they are covered. Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked. Meanwhile fry the onions and mushrooms. In a separate pan, make the gravy using the organic beef broth and gravy granules (if being used). Add the onions and mushrooms to the gravy.
Drain the potatoes and mash them, add a little cream and stir. Sprinkle a little cheese, mustard and spring onions and stir so the ingredients are even throughout the mashed potato.
Then add the potato to some plates, remove the sausages from the oven and place on top of the mash and pour over the gravy.
