Eversfield Organic grass fed lamb mince - 400g
1 heap tablespoon of Sesame Seeds
1 finely chopped red onion
1/4 a tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 crushed garlic clove
Sea salt
Freshly ground pepper
½ tsp dried mint
Dash of olive oil
Pre heat oven at 180°C degrees, fan 160°C, gas mark 4.
Empty the lamb mince into a large bowl.
Pour all the ingredients into the bowl and with your hands and gently kneed all the ingredients into the mince until you feel it is evenly spread through the mixture.
Then pick off enough of the mixture to make you ideal sized individual meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a baking tray or roasting dish and put into the oven and cook for around 20-25 minutes.
Once you are satisfied that your meatballs are cooked take them out of the oven.
These meatballs are fantastic in the summer time when put with delicious salads, or with coconut rice. You can also have them with a simple tomato sauce and pasta, with a sprinkling of cheese.
