4 Duck Wings
3 tsp honey
2 tsp soy sauce
1 star anise
A handful fresh chopped coriander
Zest and juice the half grapefruit into a large bowl and add the honey, soy sauce and star anise. Stir to make sure the honey is all mixed in then add the wings. Cover the wings in the sauce by turning them and leave to marinade in the fridge for 25 minutes.
Heat oven at 180. Add wings and marinade to a baking dish and sprinkle on half the fresh coriander. Cover with lid or foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Take off dish cover and turn to make sure both sides are covered in the glaze, sprinkle on the rest of the fresh coriander and bake for 15 minutes uncovered.
Serve with a spicy yoghurt dip (yoghurt, salt, chilli flakes and lemon juice) and get stuck in!
