Boil the pasta in salty water over a medium to high heat.
Meanwhile heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add Eversfield Organics diced chicken and bacon bits into the pan. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked through, then add the crushed garlic.
Once the garlic has cooked in the pan for a couple of minutes add the cream and some of the basil. Heat the cream and stir so everything has been mixed together.
Once the pasta has cooked, drain and return to the pan it was cooking in and pour over the chicken, bacon and cream sauce. Mix together thoroughly and serve adding the rest of the parmesan cheese and basil to garnish.
