Preheat the oven to Gas mark 5, 190C/375F.
Season the chunkies, transfer to a foil-lined baking tray. Cover with foil and roast in the oven for 1 hour. Meanwhile in a small bowl mix the glaze ingredients together.
Remove the chunkies from the oven, brush with the glaze and finish on a prepared barbecue for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with crusty bread and a salad garnish.
Tip: The glaze also works well as a serving sauce, so make up a fresh batch and serve with the barbecues chunkies.
