15 onions, roughly chopped
1 tsp salt
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
120g white cabbage, chopped finely
1 red pepper, deseeded and diced
1 green pepper, deseeded and diced
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
8 cloves of garlic, chopped up small
A smallish chunk of fresh ginger, chopped up small
1 pat of unsalted butter
3 tbsp garam masala
3 tbsp ground cumin
3 tbsp ground coriander
3 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp fenugreek
1 tbsp ground turmeric
