Super traceable - find boat and fisher on your pack of fresh fish
Wrasse are often found gnawing on barnacles near the cliffs close to shore so they are rarely found in your local fishmonger as they cannot be trawled. Their pinky flesh is best cooked with a white wine and cream sauce with diced onion. Serve with pasta or crushed potatoes and you have a new favourite on your plate!
