Our scallops are shucked to order and the shalls washed and retained to arrive with you fresh and cleaned. Sweet and delicately flavoured, our scallops are best quickly pan-fried and with the roe in-tact. Not only is the roe a fantastic bright orange hue but the flavour is soft, creamy and sweet. Serve with a minted pea puree and smoked bacon, or smooth celeriac and spicy chorizo.
