The whey (the liquid draining off the curds) is collected and the butterfat within that is separated from the whey as cream. After pasteurisation, the cream is then double churned using traditional barrel churning methods creating a delicious extra creamy taste, hand rolled and then wrapped

its great I cook with this butter found recipe o line for shortbread cookies made with butter and almond flour turned out great also use the butter to fry eggs
