A very impressive steak taken from the whole sirloin, this cut is the best of both worlds! On one side of the bone is a piece of meltingly tender fillet, on the other is a piece of flavoursome, buttery sirloin. Best simply seasoned and quickly pan-fried with our delicious salted butter. Serve with a crisp green salad and a squeeze of lime juice. Could be served to share between two or, if you're feeling extra hungry, tuck into a whole one and enjoy!
