Our organic butter is made from milk where the cattle have access to clover rich pastures.
The whey (the liquid draining off the curds) is collected and the butterfat within that is separated from the whey as cream. After pasteurisation, the cream is then double churned using traditional barrel churning methods creating a delicious extra creamy taste, hand rolled and then wrapped.
All of the above create the perfect recipe to make the finest organic butter.
