Our yoghurts are produced by the wonderful team at Brown Cow Organic at Perridge farm in Somerset.
Their beautiful herd of Guernsey cows is well known for the A2 beta casein protein rich, creamy milk they produce. Brown Cow Organic carry that delightful whole milk flavour right through to the luxurious, rich yoghurt they produce.
While counting their Guernsey herd over the cattle gate in glorious morning sunshine, the name Brown Cow Organic was born!
Using their organic Guernsey whole milk, the small team at Brown Cow are able to produce one of the finest live organic yoghurts we’ve tasted. Their artisan process produces naturally thick, rich yoghurt free from emulsifiers, stabilisers or thickeners. Lightly pasteurised but never homogenised ensures this yoghurt maintains all its natural creaminess.
In a range of flavours, from natural, vanilla, butterscotch, orange & lemon and more – all are well worth a spot in your weekly basket.
