Taste very good but only 160g of 500g edible due to huge amount of tubers and informed by Eversfield butcher that it's normal and edible! Not up to quality we expect and will purchase from our local butcher.

I would not eat liver if it were not organically produced as I don't want to eat residues of antibiotics or pesticides
