Our well known, dry-aged rump steaks with a twist. These hot and smoky rump steaks are perfect for BBQ season and summer suppers. Cook as you would normally then slice it nice and thin into fresh bread or salads for a punchy, protein packed meal.

    Eversfield Organic beef is grass fed on family run organic farms based here in the South West.


    We use traditional British cattle breeds which benefit from natural, slow growing lives and produce beautifully marbled beef. They roam the Devonshire pasture grazing freely on a wide variety of native grasses, wildflowers and herbs.


    Our beef is then hung for at least 21 days to mature the flavour for a tender, flavourful meat.
