Fresh, unpasteurised organic red miso made from a crafted blend of soya beans, rice and koji culture. This miso paste is slow-aged to give it a deep and powerful flavour with a long, complex finish.

The perfect balance of umami salty-sweetness and tartness is great for dressings, soups, broths and as a healthier stock alternative.
