    Since 2006, Thomas Pyman (pâté perfectionist) has been making his luxuriously smooth pâtés. Made just a few miles down the road from our farm, these incredibly moreish organic pâtés are made from the finest organic chicken livers and carefully selected flavours. When Thomas graduated from Plymouth Catering College, he began making cranberry pâté for a local hotel. It was such a success, he continued on after the Christmas period and started to supply local pubs and farmers markets. The business grew, and Pymans Pâté was born.
