Eversfield Organic beef is grass fed on family run organic farms based here in the South West.
We use traditional British cattle breeds which benefit from natural, slow growing lives and produce beautifully marbled beef. They roam the Devonshire pasture grazing freely on a wide variety of native grasses, wildflowers and herbs.
Our beef is then hung for at least 21 days to mature the flavour for a tender, flavourful meat.

Possibly the worst meat I have attempted to eat. Pale pink, anaemic tough tasteless worthless inedible lump of beef. I assume it was beef. Dry, no juices, faint flavour. Organic is not enough. Quality texture and taste are important too.

Yes Because my Husband and i could not wait for Sunday Roast to come which was 3 days away but it was certainly worth waiting for.
