LAMB: Oven baked lamb chops with rosemary & veg



  • 4 Eversfield Organic Lamb chops
  • Fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 organic onion
  • Organic: Carrots – courgettes – leeks – peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Mince sauce if you like
  • This is a simple and quick recipe that Suzie uses in the Eversfield Manor house when in  a hurry!
  • Any vegetables will work but to make the dish look attractive it’s nice to include peppers and carrots.
  • Place the chops in a roasting or shallow casserole dish (you may want to serve this at the table) add in the prepared vegetables and drizzle some oil over the vegetables and lamb .
  • Place the rosemary in the dish and if you are using mince sauce spread this over the lamb chops.
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Bake in the oven for about 35 -40 minutes 
  • Serve at the table with minted butter mash and green peas.
