Eversfield Organic Pork comes from our own free range organic pigs. Free to roam outside all year, our organic ´Medam´ and ´Large White´ pigs enjoy rooting in the fields for tasty tit bits, wallowing in the mud to keep cool in summer and snuggling into deep straw beds in winter. Our one and only ‘Large White’ boar produces cross bred piglets from our ‘Medam’ and ‘Large White´ sows and the piglets are suckled on their mother’s milk. Combine that with the finest organic diet, free from all chemicals and additives and savour the taste of traditional old fashioned goodness - succulent and delicious naturally organic pork!
Because we’re not driven by commercial demand, we take our time to select pigs when they’re ready. Our Award Winning organic pork is expertly prepared by our butchers here onsite and we’re confident that our organic bacon, organic sausages, and organic pork roasting joints will be the best you’ve ever tasted!
