Eversfield Organic Pork comes from pigs born and raised naturally on our 850 acre Organic Farm in Devon. Our happy pigs live in open fields where they can do what pigs do best - foraging for roots, berries and worms amongst the flora and fauna of our organic meadows, therefore eating a completely natural diet. We supplement 100% organic feed where necessary and move them regularly to provide fresh ground.
Our one and only ‘Large White’ boar works hard on his own to produce cross bred piglets from our ‘Medam’ and ‘Large Black’ sows and the piglets are suckled on their mother’s milk.
Because we’re not driven by commercial demand for pork, we take our time to select pigs when they’re ready. Our Award Winning pork is expertly prepared by our butchers here onsite and we’re confident that our bacon, sausages, and roasting joints will be the best you’ve ever tasted!
