Organic topside of beef, a traditional lean beef roast jointing. Perfect for a Sunday Roast. We hang our beef for at least 21 days to bring out the wonderful flavour. Serves 4-6 people.

Our sausage meat is made from pure organic pork with a small amount of seasoning. It allows you to put your own mix in to create the perfect stuffing mix.
