Description

Succulent slices of Eversfield Organic gammon, dry cured in the same way as our prize winning bacon. Great with Organic eggs and chunky chips! Or cold with a crisp salad.

*Please note: Our Organic Gammon is dry-cured so if you prefer a less salty taste we recommend you add the joint to a pan of water and gently bring to the boil then replace the water and leave the meat to soak for a few hours before cooking.
