Monthly Mixed Menus, based on 2 people:
Each month our skilled Butchers will choose a variety of top quality Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken products from our organic livestock raised here on the Eversfield Estate. Enjoy meals made from the best seasonal organic meat, raised naturally in the heart of Devon for amazing taste, texture and quality!
Our butchers will portion up each item to suit your household so you don´t need to split packs for the freezer - just let us know how many people you cook for at home.
Typical contents will vary each month, but will contain a selection of Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken worth £50 from some of the following items:
- Lamb chops or Pork chops
- Mince (500g lamb, beef or pork)
- Chuck steak (500g)
- Braising steak (500g)
- Stewing steak (500g)
- Burgers (400g 4 lamb or steak burgers)
- Sausages (500g: 6 farmhouse or 10 breakfast)
- Bacon (250g streaky or back bacon)
- Bacon bits (500g)
- Chicken drumsticks or thighs (4 per pack)
(all weights are approximate)
We´ll also supply you with some interesting organic recipes with each box to give you some ideas!
