THANKS FOR ALL THE BAGS!

Back in May we launched our recycle campaign to ´Do our bit for the environment´ (News 28th May). All our Eversfield Organic meat boxes now include a posting bag to encourage customers to return our insulation packaging for repeat use.
Well, we´ve been thrilled by the response and want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for returning the wool liners to us.
Our postman is having to deal with ever increasing piles of black bags which land on our doorstep each morning, but we´re delighted so please keep up the good work!

However, there is one bag which didn´t quite make it back to us as planned. . . .
One of our customers, Penny from Scotland explained to us this week that she´d diligently packed the liners into the posting bag and left it ready by the front door to be taken to the post office.
However, we understand that Seika - her cute cocker spaniel - had other plans for the bag and had a very enjoyable time unwrapping the parcel, shredding the contents, then decorating the hallway with bits of soggy wool and plastic!
It´s a shame that the liners can´t be used again, but we´re glad that Seika had such a good time - thank you Penny for the photo!
