Spring Lambs!

Eversfield Organic's first lambs of 2009 have started to arrive!
The ewes have enjoyed our mild Devon winter (apart from the brief snowy patch in February) and have lambed outside in the fields. We've brought a few sheep inside to keep an eye on them, so some of the lambs have been born in the pens inside our large woolshed. We're expecting over 300 lambs this year and so far we're about one third of the way through lambing.
