1. Product prices and availability of goods
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). All products are priced by weight according to the unit price displayed on the web site. All packs carry a label displaying the pack weight and the unit price. Deliveries are accompanied by a fully itemised invoice together with the customer´s copy of the credit card transaction, except where payment has been made through the secure Sage Pay system. In the case of the Monthly Meat Boxes, the customer pays the price of the box and items within each box will display the actual price per weight. Prices are likely to change without notice and all the products are sold subject to their availability. Deliveries are accompanied by a fully itemised invoice together with the customer’s copy of the credit card transaction. Except where payment has been made through the secure Sage Pay system. In the case of Monthly Meat boxes, the customer pays the price of the box and items. Within each box will display the actual price per weight. If you have selected a product that is out of stock we will telephone you so you can choose between having refund on the item, choosing an alternative product to the same value or having it shipped when it is back in stock. We maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
3. Payment methods
We have simplified the way to pay for items online but still provide a safe and secure system for credit card processing.
You must ensure that Eversfield Organic are provided with details of a valid credit or debit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, Visa Delta and Switch (not Electron). You may order by telephoning us and pay using your credit / debit card.
4. Christmas Orders and deposits
All Our Christmas products are sold on a non-refundable basis. We will charge you £50 on checkout, which reserves your order. The remainder of your order will be charged a week before your box is due for dispatch. For all items marked as priced per kilo you will be charged in accordance to the weight of the product dispatched.
5. Delivery arrangements and Pricings
We dispatch our meat by courier for next day delivery in a special recyclable box, vacuum packed and surrounded with ice packs so it is fresh on arrival.
Delivery is free for Monthly Meat Boxes to a single address within mainland UK (excluding Scotland). All other orders incur a carriage charge of £7.99, excluding Scotland where orders incur a carriage charge of £11.99. Deliveries will be between 9am and 4pm Wednesday through to Friday.
The shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and you get to choose the available delivery date and details. The costs for delivery are shown depending on delivery address and service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. We will inform you if your products are not able to be despatched within your chosen timescale. Deliveries are accompanied by a fully itemized invoice together with the customer’s copy of the credit card transaction. Except where payment has been taken through the secure Sage pay system.
6. Cancellation and Returns
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. In the unlikely case that you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products or service, we will be happy to cancel your order and we will issue a credit or exchange the product, which is entirely at our discretion. However no cancellation of your order can be accepted less than three working days before delivery is due. Cancellations must be made in writing. If the problem arises where our agent has attempted to make the delivery and/or no instructions for safe leaving, neither Eversfield Organic nor its agents shall be held responsible in any way and will make no offer of refunds.

8.Changes to the products
We reserve the right to change our products, prices and delivery charges from time to time. The information on the web site will be amended accordingly and you will be deemed to be responsible for checking the details of your orders against the current information on the Eversfield Organic web site. We will not be held to be responsible for any discrepancies in your order value resulting from these occasional changes.
9. We shall not be liable for any stoppage or delay in the performance of our obligations due to measures beyond our reasonable control such as but not limited to fire, flood, adverse weather, acts of God, strikes, labour disputes, riots, civil unrest, road traffic problems, accident, disruption to energy supplies, equipment or supplier failure, terrorism or war.

Eversfield Organic uses all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of the information that we place on our web site. However, we make no warranties, whether express or implied as to its accuracy.
11. Access
Access to the Eversfield Organic website is on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representation or endorsement or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Eversfield Organic Website. Neither do we make any representation, endorsement or warranties of any kind for any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Eversfield Organic Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from the course of dealing or usage or trade.
Likewise, we make no warranty that the Eversfield Organic Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Eversfield Organic Website. We cannot guarantee and cannot be held in any way responsible for the security or privacy of the Eversfield Organic Website or for any information provided to or taken from the Eversfield Organic Website by you.

In any case whether or not such losses were within the contemplation of the parties at the date of the Conditions, suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions. Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
Not withstanding any other provision in the Conditions, nothing herein shall limit your rights as a consumer under English law.

All third party trademarks, copyright, brand names, titles and product names on this website are acknowledged. Eversfield Organic and the website’s content are protected by Copyright and the Copyright, Trademarks, logos and Intellectual Property rights. Any copying of resources on our website and relating to Eversfield Organic, other than ordering from us, is strictly prohibited.

Security is one of our highest priorities and we take every precaution to protect your personal information both online and offline. Information requested when registering or ordering goods (including your credit / debit card details) is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the industry standard encryption software. To help us keep your personal information strictly confidential you should keep your password secret.

16.Information Collection and Use
We only collect information about you to process orders and to improve your shopping experience. We only use the information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. None of the information is passed onto third parties other then what is disclosed in this paragraph.

18. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England.
