How is each box packaged?

Each order is prepared fresh on the day of despatch, clearly labelled and packed with ice into insulated boxes keeping the contents safely chilled for up to 36 hours.

The boxes can be recycled and we use natural wool liners for insulation which can be returned to us free for re-use.

The boxes leave our butchery in the afternoon and the courier delivers to you the next day.
When do we make deliveries?

Boxes are delivered by courier from Tuesday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

When you place your order with us, let us know which day suits you best for delivery.

Because our meat is freshly prepared we cannot make deliveries on Monday, however Saturday deliveries can be arranged subject to an additional charge of £20.
What are the delivery charges?

Orders up to £60 carry a £6 delivery charge

Orders over £60 are delivered free

Saturday deliveries charged at £25
Can the meat be frozen?
- Our organic meat is prepared fresh and being 100% organic it contains no preservatives. This means that it´s best enjoyed from fresh but can also be frozen. Once fully defrosted cook as normal.
