Our Organic Gammon Joints are dry cured by our butchers right here on the farm and full of naturally sweet flavour.
Eversfield dry cured gammon is delicious served hot with organic cauliflower cheese, glazed with honey and mustard or used as cold cuts with pickle and crusty bread - Fantastic!
*Please note: Our Organic Gammon is
dry-cured so if you prefer a less salty taste we recommend you add the joint to a pan of water and gently bring to the boil then replace the water and leave the meat to soak for a few hours before cooking.
